I’m Jon Lawless, a sound editor and re-recording mixer who helps stories come alive through sound. With over ten years in film and TV post-productionsound, I focus on dialogue editing, sound design, and mixing to add clarity, emotion, and impact to every scene.

Whether it’s a feature film, TV movie, documentary, or commercial, I aim to improve storytelling with detailed and meaningful sound work. I’ve worked on many projects, from network shows to independent films, bringing teamwork, a skilled ear, and respect for the craft to each one.

I’m based in Canada, with work seen across North America and beyond, and I’m always open to new stories and creative partnerships.
